Although we are based in Colorado, we service clients all over the country. We'll keep in contact through phone calls, zoom meetings and email, or whichever method you prefer.
We charge a monthly fee starting at $500 / month for monthly financial bookkeeping and reporting. We derive monthly pricing based on quantity of transactions starting at $5 / transaction. We're not the cheapest, but we guarantee your books will be clean and done correctly each month which will ultimately save you money at tax time. The monthly fee should be a fraction of the cost of hiring a full time employee with equivalent credentials.
Books can get messy for a variety of reasons. Don't be embarrassed! We're happy to clean up messy books on an hourly basis starting at $100 / hour. After your books are clean, we move you to a flat monthly rate to maintain your books.
